개인정보 처리방침

멘치보카는 후쿠오카 여행에 쓰는 일본어 단어를 익히는 앱입니다. 계정, 광고, 분석 도구가 없고, 개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 이 페이지는 앱이 기기 안에 남기는 것과 앱 밖으로 연결되는 경우를 설명합니다.
기기에 저장하는 것

앱의 설정 → 진도·복습 지우기로 학습 기록을 지울 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 저장된 내용이 모두 지워집니다.
권한과 네트워크
- 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 사진, 연락처, 알림 등 기기 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
- 학습 중에는 인터넷에 접속하지 않습니다. 단어 음성, 글꼴, 그림은 모두 앱에 들어 있어 비행기 모드에서도 동작합니다.
- 녹음된 음성을 재생하지 못할 때는 기기에 내장된 일본어 음성 합성으로 대신 읽습니다. 이때 앱이 그 글자를 외부 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
다른 앱으로 연결되는 경우
- 멘치 시리즈 (또쿠오카, 멘치카나): 누르면 해당 앱이 설치돼 있는지 기기 안에서 확인하고 그 앱을 엽니다. 웹 버전에서는 또쿠오카 웹사이트(ttokuoka.vercel.app)를 새 창으로 엽니다.
- 문의하기: 누르면 기기의 메일 앱이 열립니다. 메일을 보낼지는 이용자가 정합니다.
이후에는 각 앱과 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
하지 않는 것
- 다른 앱이나 웹사이트에 걸친 추적을 하지 않습니다.
- 광고를 위해 데이터를 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.
- 아동을 포함해 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
보유 기간과 파기
- 기기에 저장한 내용은 이용자가 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 이 기기에만 남습니다. 앱이 서버에 보관하는 정보는 없습니다.
- 설정 → 진도·복습 지우기로 학습 기록을, 앱 삭제로 설정까지 모두 기기에서 바로 지웁니다. 웹 버전에서는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 됩니다.
- 웹 브라우저로 열 때 생기는 접속 기록은 호스팅 업체가 자체 정책에 따른 기간 동안 보관합니다.
처리 위탁과 국외 이전
앱은 어떤 정보도 서버로 보내지 않으므로 맡기거나 국외로 옮기는 개인정보가 없습니다. 다만 이 페이지와 웹 버전은 Vercel Inc.(미국)가 호스팅하며, 웹 브라우저로 열 때 생기는 일반적인 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)은 미국 등 Vercel 인프라에서 처리됩니다.
이용자의 권리
저장된 내용은 모두 이 기기 안에 있어 앱에서 직접 확인하고 지울 수 있습니다. 개발자는 이용자의 정보를 갖고 있지 않아 따로 열람·정정·삭제해 드릴 정보가 없습니다. 궁금한 점이나 요청은 아래 메일로 보내 주십시오.

Menchi Voca helps you learn Japanese words for a trip to Fukuoka. It has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and the developer does not collect any personal data. This page explains what the app keeps on your device and when it hands you over to something else.
What stays on your device

You can erase your learning record in Settings → 진도·복습 지우기 (reset progress). Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Permissions and network
- The app does not ask for any device permission (location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, notifications and so on).
- The app does not connect to the internet while you learn. Word audio, fonts and images are all bundled, so it works in airplane mode.
- If a recorded clip cannot be played, the app reads the word with your device's built-in Japanese speech synthesis. The app does not send that text to any server.
When you leave the app
- Menchi series (Ttokuoka, Menchi Kana): tapping one checks on your device whether that app is installed and opens it. On the web version, the Ttokuoka website (ttokuoka.vercel.app) opens in a new tab.
- Contact: opens your device's mail app. Whether to send an email is up to you.
From there, the privacy policy of that app or service applies.
What we don't do
- No tracking across apps or websites.
- No selling or sharing of data for advertising.
- No collection of personal data from anyone, including children.
Retention and deletion
- What the app stores stays on this device until you erase it or delete the app. The app keeps nothing on a server.
- Settings → 진도·복습 지우기 (reset progress) erases your learning record, and deleting the app removes everything including settings, right away. On the web version, clear the site data in your browser.
- Access logs created when you open a page in a browser are kept by the hosting provider for the period set by its own policy.
Processors and transfers abroad
The app sends nothing to a server, so no personal data is handed to a processor or moved abroad. This page and the web version are hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), and standard access logs created when you open them in a browser (such as IP address) are processed on Vercel's infrastructure in the US and elsewhere.
Your rights
Everything the app stores is on this device, so you can check it and erase it in the app yourself. The developer holds none of your data, so there is nothing else to access, correct or delete. Send any questions or requests to the email below.
